The decision by the Argentine courts comes in the context of “Operation 404.” This is an international anti-piracy operation between several countries such as Brazil, the United States, Peru, the United Kingdom and Argentina.

The court order led authorities to carry out raids in the provinces of Buenos Aires and Misiones. During the operations, they arrested five people accused of violating the Intellectual Property Law.

Kevin Ariel Bentancur, 27 years old; Leopoldo Federico Peña, 46 years old, and Hugo Javier Mospan, 47 years old, are allegedly involved in the marketing of TV Boxes with Magis TV pre-installed.

On the other hand, the raids were carried out in two companies: TodoTech, located in the city of Misiones, and Kive, located in Buenos Aires. In addition, 75 websites and 14 applications with illegal content were blocked. streaming and music.
