With her strong and emotional voice, which possesses a unique ability to convey emotions and feelings, with her love for her country, Lebanon, which is evident in her words and performance, Mrs. Majida Al-Roumi performed a concert to support the students of Notre Dame University on the university campus under the title “For the future of Lebanon and its youth.” It was considered a historic ceremony whose echoes echoed in the sky Lebanon, and the attendees carried it with joy in their hearts and a wonderful chorus in their ears.
Magda, the ambassador of Lebanese culture and art, who lives in the depths of the spirit of Lebanon, is the one who seeks through her artistic message to contribute to building a prosperous future for her country and for the Lebanese youth. At the beginning of the ceremony, Al-Roumi, who shone in a royal red dress, delivered a patriotic speech in which she criticized the economic, political and financial crises afflicting the country.

And she continued, “When we talk regarding our relationship with officials, and I identify those involved in our blood and tears, and they hear our screams of pain and do not care regarding them, it is difficult to tell of love, and it is more difficult to understand how people abandoned their humanity, and how they betrayed the people.”
Al-Roumi stressed that the people’s suffering is not accidental: “We did not come here by chance. There is a tight political scenario that has been applied to us from the beginning of the war.”
And she concluded, “Lebanon is eternal, and do not be afraid for the land, and we have time to recover our free and confiscated decision.”
On that exceptional evening, Mrs. Majida El-Roumi filled the campus of Notre Dame University with wonderful music and songs, and the voices of thousands of audience were in harmony with her melodious and influential voice.
After her emotional speech, Al-Roumi sang a bouquet of her most beautiful songs, so she moved from love and beauty to Sitt al-Dunya “Beirut” with an exciting and emotional performance, and she expressed her love for her homeland to embody a beautiful painting of art and culture.
