After Shauna Events was placed in receivership, Magali Berdah will take rapper Booba to court. She accuses him of having led a smear campaign which led to the downfall of his influencer agency.
A new complaint adds fuel to the already long story between Magali Berdah and Booba. The founder of the influencer agency Shauna Events plans to take the rapper – real name Elie Yaffa – to court. She is demanding more than 30 million euros from him.
Magali Berdah’s decision was made official by a publication on her Instagram account, posted online on the evening of Tuesday, November 7. It comes on the day the Shauna Events agency was placed in receivership, explains Magali Berdah in his press release.
“Reduced to nothing”
Founded in 2016, this agency is currently experiencing a flight of clients. In the space of a few days, influencer Maeva Ghenam announced that she was ceasing her activities with Shauna Events. The star couple of social networks Julien and Manon Tanti had announced to do the same a few days earlier, just like Laura Lempika.
Magali Berdah accuses rapper Booba of having led for 17 months “a monstrous campaign of denigration and destabilization whose sole objective is that (his person and his society) are both reduced to nothing”.
Thus, the complaint of the popess of influencers will be filed with the Judicial Court for commercial denigration and destabilization, confirms Rachel-Flore Pardo, lawyer for Magali Berdah, to Tech&Co.
According to the press release published by the latter, it was the “massive harassment operations”, the “publication of denigrating montages” or even the “proliferation of threats” which led to the departure of people affiliated with the Shauna Events agency.
