During his message entitled “The Seven Transformations”, the Head of State stressed the need to advance the idea of ”More Communes, More Projects”, so that each quarter the communities prioritize their projects according to their needs.

Maduro stressed that his Government Plan is the project of the future. “The 7T Plan, the Plan of the Homeland that has been perfected, has assumed the changes and transformations for Venezuela, a plan written and conceived from the streets, together with the people.”
He also highlighted the role of entrepreneurs, who “contribute to the country’s economic recovery, as well as the virtuous cycle of the 18 productive engines, the miracle of Venezuela’s economic recovery“.
In terms of education, Maduro said that the education and training system will be equipped with virtual classrooms with AI.
