Maduro affirms that those responsible for attacking the SEN are already detained

The President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduroannounced during the celebration of the 19th anniversary of the Strategic Operational Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) that those responsible for the recent attacks on the National Electrical System (SEN) in the country.

He added that a group of mercenaries was recruited and financed by María Corina Machado and Edmundo González with the aim of causing damage to Guri.

“A very important group of mercenaries has been captured and are in the hands of the Venezuelan Prosecutor’s Office and justice, and there is full evidence of the plans of the CIA and the Spanish CNI against the peace and security of Venezuela,” he said.
