Mades and the Metropolis of San Bernardino collaborate on the replace of the City and Territorial Planning Plan

Asunción, IP Company.- In a joint initiative, the Ministry of the Atmosphere and Sustainable Growth (Mades) and the Municipality of San Bernardino are engaged on updating the municipal zoning and the city and territorial planning plan.

This effort seeks to sustainably handle the city progress skilled by the San Bernardino district in recent times, particularly contemplating its location inside the Ypacarai Managed Useful resource Reserve space.

The Mades Decision No. 675/2, efficient October 10, 2022, updates the administration plan for the Ypacarai Lake Managed Assets Reserve and its adjoining wetlands. It’s important that municipal territorial planning is in keeping with the rules of this administration plan to ensure coherence in using assets.
