With its 75 seats and its ultra warm cozy atmosphere, Chez Madame Belley reminds us of the originality of the woman who, almost 50 years ago, was one of the most extravagant spectators in the history of the Palace. Seamstress emeritus missing no opportunity to shine at the forefront in flamboyant dresses, the enigmatic Madame Belley was also a big fan of music.
