Pact for innovation
A communication that did not necessarily have the desired effect. On the social network, users have indeed hijacked the president’s tweet to criticize his domestic policy, in particular on pension reform or respect for human rights. The humanitarian association Utopia, which helps exiles, for example, asked the AI: ” In a nutshell, how do we define respect for human rights at European borders? » What ChatGPT replied “ Non-existent ».

During his Dutch trip, the President of the Republic discussed with his counterpart Mark Rutte on industry, energy but also new technologies. In particular, he visited with King Willem-Alexander a quantum physics laboratory, which is used to increase the computing power of computers.
The French and Dutch governments have also signed a “pact for innovation”, leading to cooperation in semiconductors, quantum physics and energy. These are all areas in which the European Union intends to strengthen its independence.
