MacPaw Launches ClearVPN 2 With New Streamlined Look

A MacPaw — a company known for apps such as CleanMyMac X and Setapp — recently introduced the second version of ClearVPNyour popular VPN serviceVirtual private networkor virtual private network.”>1. According to the developer, the app has been completely redesigned and has the proposal to be as simple as possible to use.

Available for Macs, Windows PCs, iPhones and Android smartphones, ClearVPN 2 aims to please both more advanced users and those who are venturing into the world of VPNs for the first time. For this reason, MacPaw decided to retire the old system for choosing countries from the first version of the app for a system made up of three shortcuts that are much simpler to understand.

The first one is the Secure browsing, which analyzes your location to decide which is the best server and/or DNS for you. It also has a series of safe browsing modes, some of which are free for users of any platform.

The second shortcut is called Location changing — which, according to the service, lets you instantly switch regions between more than 40 countries. This way, you can change your location whenever you need a little more privacy or when you need to access content that is only available in a specific country.

The third and final shortcut is the Streaming access, which promises to deliver a fast and smooth streaming experience no matter the time. To make this possible, ClearVPN 2 uses residential IP addresses and P2P servers instead of traditional VPN servers.

ClearVPN 2, according to MacPaw, does not collect any personal information from the user or track their activity in the online world. The app also features state-of-the-art encryption to ensure security while browsing.

ClearVPN 2 is now available for download on this page. The Premium version of the app, which costs BRL 26.58 per month or BRL 111.65 for six monthsis available for free to all users until the day March, 15 next, worth noting.
