Last week we commented on a bug that was introduced with the arrival of macOS Big Sur 11.7.3which caused images from websites (the favicons) were not loaded properly in the “Favourites” section (“Favorites”) do Safari.
Well, today, Apple released the fix for this problem.
It came with the availability of the macOS 11.7.4 (compilation 20G1120
), which is apparently new — in addition, of course, to possible security fixes. Apparently, it wasn’t possible to just update Safari to fix this problem…
To update your system, simply open System Preferences, click Software Update, and follow the on-screen instructions.
