Lynched in Huauchinango – He was an official of the Chamber. Villagers hunted him down, beat him and burned him alive.

The 30-year-old official was lynched in Huauchinango following he was accused of trying to rob a minor in the community of Papatlazolco.

Puebla, June 12 (Central Newspaper).- The lynched man and Papatlazolco, Huauchinangowas identified as Daniel Picazo Hernandez, Chamber of Deputies official and private secretary of a federal deputy of the State of Mexico.

Daniel Picazothe official 30 years old, was detained by a group of inhabitants of the community belonging to Huauchinango y lynched following being accused of trying to kidnap a minor.

Daniel was severely beaten by the inhabitants. Two elements of the Municipal Police were in the area, but they were insufficient and the crowd snatched the official, who was later doused with gasoline and set on fire.

On the night of Friday, June 10, in the community of Papatlazolco, in Huauchinango, neighbors pointed out two men who were driving around in a van. The version began to circulate that they had tried to kidnap a minor.

The neighbors set up barricades at the entrances to the town of Papatlazolco and organized themselves to ambush the two men and prevent the Huauchinango Municipal Police agents from entering.

One of the men managed to escape, but Daniel was held by the residents of Papatlazolco, who beat them. Moments later, the detainee was transferred to the multipurpose courts, where dozens of men continued to beat him.

THEY LYNCHED HIM BY BURNING HIM ALIVE

The municipal agents who were at the site requested the support of agents of the State Police, who found the blockades and barricades for the population, which delayed access to prevent the lynching.

The residents sprinkled gasoline on the town’s courts and set the alleged criminal on fire to consummate the lynching.

Minutes later the inhabitants began to leave the place and thus the authorities were able to enter the point. Agents from the State Public Security Secretariat (SSP) and the Interior Secretariat entered the town when Daniel was dead.

In the early hours of Saturday, June 11, the elements of the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) began with the removal of the body and it was transferred to the municipal amphitheater for the necropsy of law, where the lynched person in Huauchinango was later identified as Daniel Picazo Hernández.
