Lydec’s turnover stood at 3.58 billion dirhams (billion dirhams) at the end of June 2023, down 0.8% compared to the same period a year earlier.

In detail, electricity turnover amounted to MAD 2.28 billion, up 1.4% compared to the same period of the previous year, adds the same source. Drinking water turnover reached 663 million dirhams (MDH), up 0.6% compared to the first half of 2022. In volume terms, sales of drinking water showed an increase of 1. 3% compared to 2022 explained by the increase in consumption by individuals mitigated by the drop in consumption by manufacturers and administrations linked to restrictive measures linked to water stress.
Concerning the investments of delegated management, they amounted to 347 MDH, reports the same source. The level of net debt reached, for its part, 372 MDH, down by 673 MDH compared to last year.
