Lydec achieved a turnover (CA) of 1.95 billion DH in the third quarter of 2023 (Q3-2023), or 2.9% more than the same period a year earlier. “This progression is explained by the increase in project management (0.5%), work revenue but also by the increase in fluid turnover (3.2%)”indicates the delegatee in a note on its results at the end of September.
Over the first nine months of the year, cumulative turnover stood at 5.53 billion DH (+0.5% year-on-year).
Concerning electricity sales in volume, they increased by 3.4% in Q3-2023 following the resumption of activities of licensed and industrial customers, despite the reduction in consumption by administrations, explains the company. As for the turnover of drinking water, it shows 382 million DH during this same period, an increase of 2.4% compared to Q3-2022.
Investments stood at 549 million DH at the end of September, down 6.8%. Furthermore, the net cash level at the end of September 2023 reached 82 million DH, an improvement compared to the previous year, “mainly due to the reduction in debt and the improvement of the company’s recovery”.
