The Board of Directors of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP) announced that the opening game of the 2024-2025 season will be brought forward to Friday, October 11, one day earlier than originally scheduled.
According to a press release from the LVBP, the eight teams of the winter circuit unanimously reached an agreement to give greater visibility to the challenge between Tiburones de La Guaira, current national champion and of the Caribbean Series, against Navegantes del Magallanes, at the Ciudad Universitaria stadium, starting at 7:00 pm.
