In other words, light years away from the more than 26,000 euros per m² that real estate should cost on average. The reason for this ridiculous price? This apartment was seized and then put up for auction on Thursday. The SCI in question, in fact, has an outstanding amount of more than 62,000 euros, according to a judgment rendered by the Paris Court of Justice on May 13, 2022. The owner having not settled his debt within the time limit, the apartment located at number 51 was therefore put up for auction.
