O LumaFusion received another important update today. Version 4.0 has as main novelty the multicam studioa feature that has been reworked to enhance the multicam editing experience in the app.
As published by 9to5Macthe feature now allows users to automatically sync up to six camera sources and multiple audio tracks, which makes the app turn all the added layers into a perfectly synced clip on the timeline.
When the timelines are synced, the user decides which angle of view they want to show, and once they’ve made the necessary edits to the clip, the app turns it into a regular layered editable clip.
This allows you to manage and manipulate each section of a video as a continuous layer, especially in cases of videos that have sections that are multicam or not.
Multicam Studio will be available as a complement and it will be possible (for a short, promotional period) to pay only R$100 for him via internal purchase. The downside is that LumaFusion itself is a paid app, which means you’ll have to pay for the app’s license (if you haven’t already) and the add-on’s to see it working.
However, from today until the 25th of Aprilthe LumaFusion app can be purchased for only R$100 — R$70 less than its normal value. This means that when you buy the app and add-on today, you’ll save a lot.
Other news
LumaFusion now has a new graphical interface for band-pass, high-pass, shelving high, pass low, shelving bass and parametric EQ, as well as a filter dedicated to voice isolation.
The app has also gained improvements such as automatic relinking of media from external devices, adjusting the time cursor when dragging/cutting, displaying linked folders as disabled when not connected, and previewing the source library corresponding to the current project.
