Cairo: Lulu Group lends a helping hand to the Palestinian people suffering in Gaza. Lulu Group’s regional office in Cairo delivers essential items, including food, to Gaza. Dr. Rami El Nasser, Chief Executive Officer of Egypt Red Crescent, was handed over the aid today by Lulu Egypt Bahrain Director Juser Rupawala, Regional Director Husefa Qureshi and Lulu Egypt Manager Hatim Saeed. Rami El Nasser informed that the Egyptian Red Crescent authorities will deliver them to the town of Arish through the Al Rafah border. He added that Lulu Group has handed over the necessary relief materials to the affected people and thanks Lulu Group and Chairman MA Yousafali for this.
Lulu today handed over 50 tons of relief materials in the first phase. UAE to help people affected by war Lulu Group joins forces with announced Tarah and Four Gaza. For this, special centers have been opened at various Lulu Hypermarkets to receive assistance. UAE Aid is sent to Gaza through the Red Crescent.
The Lulu Group is also involved in voluntary work in other Gulf countries. Bahraini Lulu Group has already handed over 25,000 dinars (Rs 55 lakhs) to the Bahraini Royal Humanitarian Foundation for the people of Gaza who are suffering due to the war.
