Luis D’agostino: “Balads and Other Songs”

In this concert the quartet will address material from Luis D’Agostino’s latest album, “Ballads and Other Songs” and will also include compositions by other contemporary artists such as Pat Metheny, John Scofield o Herbie Hancock.

Luis D’Agostino participated in the Encore program at MI (Los Angeles) where he studied with Joe Diorio, Scott Henderson and Sid Jacobs among others.

Later, he settled in the United Kingdom, where he lived for nine years, touring and performing throughout Europe. There he released his first solo CD (In Between) and two more in duo with guitarist Pete Oxley (The Play of Light y Double Singular). Now back in Buenos Aires he records a new solo CD, “Ballads and Other Songs” and resumes his activity as an Endorser of Yamaha guitars for whom he holds Seminars and Concerts throughout the country.
