Flights to Minneapolis will begin on June 4, those to Raleigh-Durham on June 6.

From Munich, the company will launch a daily flight to Seattle, in addition to its daily frequency from Frankfurt. Munich will also see the parking of six Airbus A380, which will mainly serve the United States. In this case it is regarding Boston, Boston, Los Angeles, New York (JFK) et Washington D.C..

From next summer, Lufthansa will therefore offer a total of 27 American destinations, significantly more than before the Covid period.

To note that from Munich, Lufthansa will also offer flights to Johannesburg and Hong Kong for the 2024 summer season. The German carrier ceased service to Johannesburg in 2005.
