Lhe Mons chamber of council issued last month, following 10 years of investigation, an order of dismissal in the case once morest Franco Dragone and 41 other defendants. The “objective reading” of the documents, concluded this court of instruction, “does not make it possible to consider that there are sufficient charges with regard to the thesis defended by the public prosecutor”. The sexagenarian, believe his relatives, was damaged, little by little, by the investigation. He might not taste this favorable legal outcome, which cleared him post-mortem.
