For the first time, Lucas Bergvall took a place in Tottenham’s starting eleven.

Then the bad luck came already following 24 minutes.

The giant talent was forced to leave the match injured.

Compatriot Dejan Kulusevski had to pull on the match shirt and replace an injured Bergvall in the first half.

Tottenham visited Queens Park Rangers for pre-season match. 18-year-old Bergvall, who joined Spurs, took a place in the starting eleven together with stars such as Heung-Min Son and Timo Werner.

Started the match well

But the match was only 24 minutes old when Bergvall, with number 15 on his back, left injured. Football London writes that he looked distressed.

He went down injured in his own penalty area following starting the match in promising fashion.

Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou reassured worried supporters following the game.

– Just a little sore. I don’t think it will be anything significant, he says.

It was Bergvall’s second appearance in the Spurs shirt. A few days ago, he made his debut when he came on in a 5–1 win once morest Hearts, where he provided an assist.
