THROUGHOUT the first semester of this year, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR), the platform real state and leading healthcare services in Indonesia, successfully recorded pre-sales of Rp3.14 trillion (equivalent to 58% of this year’s target), sourced from Lippo Karawaci’s pre-sales of Rp2.4 trillion and from its subsidiary, PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk. (LPCK), Rp741 billion.
Lippo Karawaci’s pre-sales achievement of Rp2.4 trillion was mainly driven by residential product sales of Rp1.6 trillion, followed by land sales of Rp425 billion, and commercial sales of Rp163 billion. Sales of cemetery land at San Diego Hills also contributed Rp115 billion to Lippo Karawaci’s pre-sales.
The high sales of Lippo Karawaci landed house products during the January-June 2024 period cannot be separated from the launch of a new landed house product, namely the Zen Series. LPKR introduced four units with varying land areas, such as Q10 (36m2), Q11 (39.6m2), Q20 (42.9m2), and Q21 (46.8m2), with a price range starting from IDR 339 million to IDR 525 million.
In addition, considering the still high demand for the previously launched XYZ Livin Series landed house products, Lippo Karawaci also introduced more variants, such as the X3 (56.5m2) and X5 (61.5m2), with prices starting from IDR 636 million to IDR 669 million.
LPKR Group CEO John Riady said LPKR will continue to innovate and expand product offerings for first-time homeowners, by launching new affordable housing products at Park Serpong and Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis.
John also added that after achieving 58% of the pre-sales target in Semester I/2024, the company is optimistic that it will be able to achieve this year’s target, by maintaining sales momentum in the second half of 2024. (N-2)
