The Central Meteorological Administration issued a special report on low temperature this evening for 10 counties and cities from New Taipei to Changhua, Yihua, and Nantou. It may be below 10 degrees Celsius at night and early in the morning; the low temperature will gradually rise to 16 and 17 degrees from tomorrow to the 12th; tomorrow and the 10th By the 12th, Matsu is likely to have low clouds or local fog, affecting visibility.
The Central Meteorological Administration issued a low-temperature special report. Due to the influence of radiation cooling from tonight to tomorrow morning, the temperature in various places is low. In 10 counties and cities from New Taipei to Changhua, Nantou, Yilan, and Hualien, local temperatures are below 10 degrees.
Liao Jingxiang, a forecaster of the Meteorological Bureau, told reporters that the temperature difference between morning and evening will be more than 10 degrees tomorrow, most areas will be regarding 10 to 14 degrees, and some areas will be below 10 degrees. To 16 or 17 degrees, the high temperature does not change much, and the temperature difference between day and night decreases day by day.
Liao Jingxiang pointed out that tomorrow will be sunny and cloudy everywhere. The weather in the western half will not change much from the 8th to the 11th, and there will be sporadic and short-term rain in the eastern half; Spin dry.
Liao Jingxiang said that it is estimated that in the first half of the 13th, the mainland’s cold air mass will move southward and affect Taiwan. It will continue until the 15th, and the low temperature will drop to 13 or 14 degrees. At present, the 13th is the process of cooling down. It will turn dry and cold from the 14th, and the low temperature is expected to drop to 13. , 14 degrees, and some areas may be lower; as for whether there will be radiative cooling to cause low temperature once more, it depends on the speed of water vapor reduction.
Liao Jingxiang said that since the temperature was still cooling on the 13th, the water vapor began to decrease once more on the 14th, so this wave of cold air may not necessarily see snowfall in high mountain areas.
Liao Jingxiang reminded that tomorrow, from the 10th to the 12th, Matsu is likely to have low clouds or partial fog, which will affect visibility.
