Celebrating the Muses of Tomorrow
With more than 75,000 entries from 108 countries, the MUSE Awards honor top talent who inspire others to reach greater heights.
Created by the International Awards Associate (IAA), whose acronym is “Inspire, Advance, Achieve”, the MUSE Awards are awarded by a jury of more than 200 experienced professionals around the world, who are looking for the next stars of the industry.
The MUSE Design Awards reward innovative and inspiring creations that will become the benchmarks of tomorrow. This award is of particular importance to the Asian community, which has many winners in the 2023 edition, particularly in the fields of architectural design. Among these remarkable achievements are the Wanda Plaza complex in Beijing, the International Railway Exhibition and Trading Center in Chengdu and the large urban park in Guangzhou. Winners also include Queen Mary’s University of London’s Neuron Pod, recognized for its cutting-edge lighting design, and Danish label Grumdesign, recognized for its sleek and stylish furniture. These projects testify to the diversity and excellence of design throughout the world.
A concentrate of technology
MEMORIS SPIRIT has an 18-carat rose gold case with an exceptional diameter of 40.7 mm and fluid, taut curves. An imposing sapphire dome has been fully developed to showcase the unique mechanism of over 300 components. Indeed, it has been separated: the automatic winding at the back and the chronograph device at the front. This new vision, unique and different, makes it possible to admire the measurement mechanism of each interaction: start, stop, reset. All you need is a single press of the mono-pusher and a unique spectacle unfolds before your eyes. The column wheel, with its basic toothing and its precisely cut vertical columns, is the heroine of this performance.

Transcending watchmaking codes
Revealed by innovative technical solutions, MEMORIS SPIRIT is characterized by strong stylistic elements. First of all, the sapphire dome, endowed with a high technicality, allows an optimal arrangement of the volumes. The openwork lugs, for their part, perfectly underline the integration of the bracelet. Perfect ergonomics also including a mono-pusher which facilitates handling of the chronograph, and a crown support with aerodynamic lines. The double-reading flange is ingeniously integrated under the crystal, while the translucent counters allow the complexity of the mechanism to be appreciated.
The soul of a genius
The sumptuous magic of the chronograph is presented on the dial side, fully visible. This major creation has now become iconic. Totally respectful of the Louis Moinet tradition, the design of MEMORIS SPIRIT is inspired by the world’s first chronograph produced by Louis Moinet in 1816 (Guinness World Records™).
