The JULES VERNE tourbillons form a trilogy of watchmaking creations, each offering a unique artistic journey. The “MYSTERY ISLAND” work is distinguished by a lapis lazuli dial and a guilloché decoration delicately covered with a translucent golden orange lacquer
“The JULES VERNE “MYSTERY ISLAND” swirls are designed like art canvases. Combining the art of guilloché work with the captivating blue of lapis lazuli, they invite customization. By his choice, the future owner takes part in the creation of a unique watchmaking work. » – Jean-Marie Schaller, Owner and Creative Director
Unique customization
Personalization is at the heart of the JULES VERNE tourbillon concept. For each central material chosen – lunar meteorite, opal, or lapis lazuli – the future holder is invited to choose from eight artisanal variants. By his choice, he adds his own trait to this unique watchmaking work.
Guilloché decorations, an ancestral mechanical art
Guilloché, a precious heritage, reveals all its brilliance on JULES VERNE TOURBILLON watches. This painstaking craft involves precisely engraving delicate ridges onto metal surfaces, creating captivating designs. To further enhance these guilloché dials, the craftsmen apply a translucent varnish which reveals the engraved decoration with depth and brilliance.

The ultramarine blue of lapis lazuli
JULES VERNE TOURBILLON “MYSTERY ISLAND” transports us to mysterious shores with lapis lazuli. Mystical stone, an intense ultramarine blue dotted with golden constellations, lapis lazuli invites you to escape.
The guilloché pattern on the dial, reminiscent of moving waves, is accompanied by a translucent golden orange lacquer. A color combination that evokes the mystery and exoticism of a distant island.
Haute Horlogerie: the flying tourbillon
Featuring a flying tourbillon with an off-center cage, JULES VERNE TOURBILLON timepieces defy gravity in a striking and captivating way. Their manual winding mechanism is equipped with a double barrel. This system, called “volte-face”, allows the two barrels to be arranged head to tail and to discharge simultaneously, thus offering a power reserve of 96 hours.
A red gold case to crown the work
These exceptional works of art are delicately framed by an 18-carat 5N red gold case, with a diameter of 40 mm with fluid and taut curves. The sapphire dome, a true feat of high technicality, reveals the fascinating details of the dial and the tourbillon. The openwork horns, for their part, perfectly underline the integration of the bracelet.
