Lotte E&C has recently won large-scale projects in a row, establishing itself as a strong player in large-scale complex development projects. Lotte E&C is securing future growth by diversifying its business areas by discovering new financial models and investing in high-quality assets. Through this, it has won orders for the Magok MICE complex development project, Geomdan New Town 101 station area, and Hanam H2 development project. This project, with a total floor area of 440,000 m2 and a total project cost of 1.4 trillion won, is a project to develop apartment complexes, transfer centers, business facilities, officetels, and cultural complex spaces in the public housing district near Geomam Station in Incheon. Construction will start in 2024 and be completed in 2028. It will be built as a triple station area connected to Airport Railroad, Line 9, and Incheon Urban Railroad Line 2. Lotte E&C signed an agreement with Capstone Asset Management, a group specializing in investment management, to create synergies and diversify its profit structure in November last year to strengthen developer capabilities along with the results of winning orders for large-scale complex development projects.
