A certain group of users constantly complain about some problems that Lost Ark has in relation to the servers. To this we must add the criticism they have received for the Express Pass, an alternative created to help users be able to level up much faster.

The complaints regarding this is that there was no correct explanation since in the West, Amazon released a “long text”, while Smilegate in Korea created an infographic.
