Game News Lost Ark: A console version on the program? The developers are not once morest
Since its launch on February 11, Lost Ark has been a resounding success… But this rise for the game from Amazon Games and Smilegate may not stop there.
Lost Ark on consoles, is it possible?
A little over a week ago Amazon Games and Smilegate took the stage to announce the big news:
Lost Ark, the latest free-to-play to date, is a real success since the title now brings together more than 20 million players around the world. Since then, we imagine that the figures have exploded once more. Moreover, we imagine that it is this success that today pushes the American giant and the developer Smilegate to want to move up a gear.
It was during a discussion around the success of the Diablo franchise on consoles that Soomin Park, the director of Lost Ark took the floor to announce the news.
If Lost Ark on consoles is something fans really want, then I think it’s something we can consider. Soomin Park, director of Lost Ark
In other words, if you want to see the title land on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S make your voice heard, since even if nothing is in the pipeline yet, the developers may work on a port in the future if the demand is high enough.
What is Lost Ark?
For all players who still don’t know, Lost Ark is an MMOARPG (massively multiplayer online game tinged with real-time combat) that made its mark in Asia for four great years before landing in our country on February 11th. The title offers players to take control of a hero and work as a team to clear many dungeons inhabited by monsters. Everything is very reminiscent of the Diablo saga and offers, like its mentor, an isometric 3D view.
