So what, gentlemen? Keski happened? Yet announced among the favorites for the title, the Lakers finally had a catastrophic season in 2021-22. Between the sores of Anthony Davis, the failed integration of Russell Westbrook and the role players EPAHD version, LeBron will finally find himself alone at the controls of his ship. Not irreproachable either, the King might not have avoided the descent into hell for the Purple & Gold. Race report: a sad eleventh place in the West, no play-in, even fewer Playoffs and a group totally exploded at the end of the season. Come on, no need to dwell on the past, now the Angelenos are focusing on the upcoming deadlines, and as the calendar has just been unveiled, it’s time to prepare to attack at best.
Well, speaking of attack, LA opens the ball on October 18 once morest Golden State, defending champion. A good way to gauge yourself for the sequel, which promises to be full-bodied. Ignition delay effectively prohibited since the Clippers, Denver (twice) and Minnesota will meet on the road to the Lakers during the first half of the season. Ditto for the… last fortnight of the regular, marked by games once morest the Clippers, Phoenix, Chicago (twice) and Minnesota. We still saw quieter to finish. At least the Angelenos will be hot for the Playoffs already, provided they don’t miss it this time. Fortunately, the Lakers will finally be able to breathe in the month of… yeah, no, actually. No matter how hard we look, each meeting considered easy or almost is interspersed with one or more matches once morest a big team. No really calm period therefore for the men of Darvin Ham except towards the end of November, during (and not Kevin lol) which LA will play San Antonio three times in four games with also Detroit and Indiana. This is called a favor from the Lord, be careful not to screw up.
# Plus long road-trip : 6 matches at the beginning of December. First game in Milwaukee, last in Detroit, hello emotional elevator.
# Longest home session: 5, three times and rather at the end of the season.
# National broadcast matches (TNT + ESPN + ABC): 27, not one more, not one less.
# Number of games played back-to-back: 12, convenient to relieve the old BronBron.
# Matches at schedule French for the Lakers:
- 23/10 vs Portland (21h30)
- 06/11 vs Cavs (21h30)
- 12/25 in Dallas (8:30 p.m.)
- 02/26 at Dallas (9:30 p.m.)
- 05/03 vs Warriors (21h30)
- 26/03 vs Bulls (21h30)
- 09/04 vs Jazz (21h30)
# A few posters to remember: big games once morest contenders, clearly. After two last delicate seasons, the Lakers should return the knife between the teeth. Whether with Kyrie or Westbrook, LA has a workforce capable of annoying the world under the leadership of the LeBron – Davis duo. Among the posters to see absolutely, we obviously check the meetings once morest the Clippers (October 20, November 9, January 24, April 5), those once morest the Bucks on December 2 and February 9 (will have to prove AD) or even the big duels once morest historic rival Boston (December 13, January 28).
The schedule is set.
