Eight years is the time it took for the Bayonetta series of video games to get a sequel. Nintendo has finally unveiled details of this new opus that fans have been waiting for a long time. A new trailer has just been released to tell more about the beat’em all in pictures. That’s not all ! Grand N has finally decided to set the release date for Bayonetta 3.

You may remember that. During the Game Awards 2017, Nintendo announced the release of a new installment in the Bayonetta franchise. The announcement was enough to delight the many fans of the irresistibly charming witch. But now, the project seems to have progressed in step since its official presentation. PlatiniumGames said little about the title just like the Japanese firm. It took until 2021 for a trailer to be presented during a Nintendo Direct summary here.
New information had been expected during the first Direct of the month of June. Once again, Nintendo has left Bayonetta fans in the lurch by focusing on Xenoblade Chronicles 3. But Big N had a plan. He dedicated an entire Direct to the long-awaited Beat’em all. So she released a new trailer for Bayonetta 3. The video can be seen below. An expected release in October
After a very long suspense, Nintendo has also decided to finally publish a release date for Bayonetta 3. The news can only delight. As expected, the title will arrive on the Nintendo Switch video game console this year, more precisely on October 28th. Nintendo is holding here one of its biggest exclusives of the second half of the year while earlier in the month, PlayStation and Xbox had announced theirs which are respectively God of War : Ragnarok et Redfall.
