Data show that in the first half of this year, my country’s shipbuilding industry completed 21.131 million deadweight tons, a year-on-year increase of 14.2%; newly received orders were 37.669 million deadweight tons, a year-on-year increase of 67.7%; hand-held orders were 123.77 million deadweight tons, a year-on-year increase of 20.5%. The three major indicators of the shipbuilding industry rank first in the world. In the first half of this year, my country is the only country that has achieved comprehensive growth in the three major indicators, and China’s shipbuilding industry has achieved sound development.
The new orders received by the shipbuilding industry accounted for more than 70% of the international market share

Not only the three major indicators of the shipbuilding industry continue to lead the world, but the latest data on my country’s shipbuilding industry released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology also shows that in the first half of this year, my country’s new orders accounted for 72.6% of the international market share, realizing a new international market share of my country’s shipbuilding industry. The new record of orders received also means that the Chinese shipbuilding industry is gradually gaining the initiative in the global market.
In the first half of the year, my country’s new major water conservancy projects were the most in the same period of history
Data 3: 720.8 billion yuan. The reporter learned from the Ministry of Water Resources that in the first half of this year, my country started 17,600 new water conservancy projects, 3,707 more than the same period last year, with an investment scale of 720.8 billion yuan, 111.3 billion more than the same period last year. Among them, there are 1095 projects with an investment scale of more than 100 million yuan, and the newly started major water conservancy projects are the most in the same period of history.
