Nine people – including six police officers – were rushed to hospital following a police van and a bus collided on a south-east London road today.
According to iefimerida, in a statement, the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called to Kennington Park Road, SE11 at approximately 11.32am on Wednesday, February 14 following reports of a collision between a police van and a bus.
Nine people were taken to hospital, including six police officers. Their injuries have been assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.”
“Roads remain closed while officers deal with the incident and investigations continue,” the statement added.
