Pohl, 40, was driving a Volkswagen Surán and according to the testimony of the vehicle’s passenger,The criminals would be minors. The passenger, who had already gotten out of the car, indicated that she believes that the thiefand the shot would have escaped him in the struggle, when Pohl would have tried to resist.
