This Sunday the grand finale of ‘The Academy’ takes place where the most mediatic and viral participant of the competition, Rubí, who managed to conquer the panel of judges with her interpretation of My mistake, my fantasy by Edith Marquez.
With a beautiful red dress, Rubí gave her best performance of the competition, moving the most difficult judge of the competition to tears: Lolita Cortés.
“He is the example of strength and discipline. For many people who have gone through this scenario, they had not seen someone with such strength and determination.. Thank you for what you gave us, today a career begins for you because you are showing it to us”, Lolita mentioned through tears.
Likewise, the actress also confessed that she would like to work with Rubí in the not too distant future; “I look forward to working together, it will be a pleasure to have someone so disciplined and a beautiful human being.”
For his part, Horacio Villalobos also praised the great performance of the most viral quinceañera in Mexico.
“You were everything we didn’t expect in this reality show. We expected a troublesome person but you turned out quite the opposite. Congratulations”.
Finally, Yahir surprised Rubí by revealing that her parents were present at the grand finale of La Academia, who went on stage to merge into a big hug with their daughter, wishing her every success on that special night.
