Vidang recently revealed that his mental health suffered during the filming of the film. He recalled how on the first day he had isolated himself in pride and asked people to leave him alone.

In a recent interview with Indian media, Vedang Raina revealed that it was a challenge for him to get into and out of his role in the film ‘Jagra’. He said that just as his co-star Alia Bhatt does a scene perfectly and immediately gets out of character after being called ‘cut’. The actor said that it was not easy for him to do this.

It affected my mental health quite a bit, Weidong said. Recalling what happened during the shooting of an intense sequence on the first day, he added, “On the very first day, I had to shoot an intense emotional scene, and I locked myself in pride, turned off the lights, Turned off my phone, and told people to leave me alone. I was sitting there listening to my music.

Wedang further said that the shooting was postponed and he spent about 8 hours in this ‘self-imposed solitary confinement’. He said it affected his mental health and he could not leave the zone for a few hours after the shooting.

It should be noted that the film ‘Jagra’ directed by Vasan Bala will be released in Indian theaters on 11 October 2024.
