Liverpool seeks to settle the Moroccan deal, Sofiane Amrabat, while Italian Fiorentina refuses to dispense with his contract before the next summer transfer market.
Liverpool continues to seek to sign Moroccan midfielder Sofiane Amrabat, who is active in Italian club Fiorentina, according to Italian press reports.
Liverpool wants to solve the club’s midfield problems before the winter transfer window closes next February.
Amrabat’s name was associated with Liverpool following his brilliance with the Moroccan national team in the Qatar World Cup 2022, as he reached the World Cup semi-finals with the “Atlas Lions”.
The Italian Fiorentina refuses to dispense with the 26-year-old Amrabat contract before next summer.

According to the Italian “Calcio Mercato” network, Liverpool still wants to sign Amrabat before the end of the winter Mercato.
The network said that the English club is ready to pay 40 million euros (35 million pounds) to buy the player’s contract, and the “Reds” hope that he will obtain the approval of the “Viola” management.
Amrabat’s contract with Fiorentina extends to 2024, as he remains in his contract for a year and a half, and the value of his contract is estimated at 25 million euros.
