A week in Hawaii with Norwegian Cruise Line’s Pride of America: It’s our first long-distance trip since the beginning of the pandemic. It takes us through the Hawaiian islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, where happy, carefree South Seas meets organized, familiar America. We will report live from there in the coming days Instagram and Facebook.

Around 21 hours on the plane, twelve hours time difference and you’re there: Hawaii is at the other end of the world and yet it’s worth the exertion. We take you live on this Hawaii cruise. All you have to do is follow us on Facebook or Instagram, where we will post daily:

Unlike usual, I report here on cruisetricks.de in detail regarding the individual port stops and shore excursions only following the end of the trip – the schedule is simply too tight for live reports and the big time difference does the rest.

North Beach, Oahu

We fly to Honolulu (Oahu) and cruise the Pride of America to Kahului (Maui), Hilo and Kona (Hawaii Island) and Nawiliwili (Kauai) and along the Napali Coast of Kauai. That’s four islands in seven days with magnificent nature, rainforest, waterfalls, volcanoes, dream beaches like Waikiki, …

Sunset off Hawaii

… snorkeling with turtles, maybe a few whales or dolphins, the best coffee in the world, hula dancing and Hawaiian culture, fine dining, but also Pearl Harbor with its dark history.

“Aloha” from the Pride of America and “Mahalo” (thank you) for following us on Facebook and Instagram! Detailed reports from the trip as well as a ship portrait will of course follow in the usual form here at cruisetricks.de following the trip.
