Intermediate ranking following 5 courses
The intermediate ranking list following 5 courses brings little clarity. At the top are Marco Ulrich, Matthias Herger and Joel Wicki with 48.50 points. All three belong to different associations, their grades are similar, there are arguments for all of them to take part in the final round. The decision now rests with the division court. The closing ceremony will take place at 4:45 p.m.
5. Gang
So far, Joel Wicki has been circling alone. But in 5th gear the unexpected happens. Marco Ulrich uses a dangerous attack by Wicki to counterattack immediately and puts Sörenberger on his back. For the first time, Wicki drops points.
Matthias Herger from Uri provided the other exclamation mark. He also lands a big win in 5th gear. Herger defeats co-favorite Christian Schuler with a hip and gets the maximum mark.
Who now gets to the final stage depends on the grading, which is not yet clear. If Ulrich gets the maximum grade, he should follow Joel Wicki in the final round. Otherwise Wicki might have to deal with Herger.
The rest of the Confederates perform like this: Benji von Ah separates with Florian Riget draw. Mike Müllestein wins once morest Thomas Bucher. And Andi Imhof wins once morest Josef Lustenberger.
4. Gang
Joel Wicki continues to shape the cantonal festival in Baar. In the Lucerne duel once morest second-placed Sven Lang, he once more wins in fourth gear without much effort. Again he forces the decision with the first move. And once more he secures the maximum grade. Wicki should be difficult to stop in this form today.
Even Werner Suppiger cannot keep up with Wicki in terms of points. Suppiger does not get past the challenge once morest Andi Imhof. The other Confederates are doing more or less well. Mike Müllestein separates draw with Fabian Scherrer and already has to tremble for the wreath. Benji von Ah ( once morest Andreas Elmiger) and Christian Schuler ( once morest Marco Fankhauser), on the other hand, achieved convincing victories.

It’s cool on the festival ground in Baar. And what is shown of the vibrators is only partially warming. In the top pairing of the first course, Joel Wicki and Christian Schuler meet. Wicki almost wins with the first move, but Schuler is able to free himself from the difficult situation on the ground. The man from Entlebuch was luckier on the second attempt. With a short he brings the Schwyzer to the ground once more and gets the first maximum mark.
