After a year and a half of a happy relationship that was very much documented in front of the cameras, today (Tuesday) it happened: radio broadcaster Aliko (47) and his 19-year-old partner Liraz Erez welcomed their first child into the world, which has yet to be determined whether it is a boy or a girl.

Liraz’s pregnancy brought with it a lot of interest in recent months, as for the first time in Israel, the broadcaster and his partner announced in a particularly viral Tiktok video that they would broadcast the birth live on Tiktok and Instagram. Yup, live in front of the cameras. In practice, by the way, in the live broadcast by Aliko, at the moment of the birth itself, the camera was aimed at his emotional face, and not at Erez herself. But what does it matter, the views reached almost 25 thousand people in the peak time anyway, so apparently Liraz and Eliko got theirs. Since the publication of the couple’s relationship in January 2023, the couple made a lot of headlines, mainly because Liraz became pregnant about four months after their relationship began. In the Tiktok videos they posted, the two revealed how they met. It happened in the parking lot when “Liraz tried to park her Tesla and failed,” according to Aliko, who told how he pursued her for three months until the long-awaited first date.

Besides the criticism of the decision to broadcast the birth live, the couple received and receives a lot of outdated and not cool criticisms about their age difference or the weight of the radio broadcaster. In the end, we are happy for them that they completely manage to concentrate on what is important – their partnership, their love and now also the expansion of the family nest. We wish them to raise the new baby comfortably, and only happiness and joy. There’s nothing like family.
