This summer, get ready to welcome Littleton’s Market Bakery at North Market Downtown, with not just a bakery, but a full-fledged artisanal production facility along with a charming cafe.
The bakery’s expansion into North Market represents a strengthened bond between two Columbus institutions passionate about quality local food. It’s poised to be the next big thing in Columbus’ thriving food scene, where community and high-caliber cuisine meet.

North Market’s Executive Director + CEO, Rick Harrison Wolfe, could not contain his excitement. “Bringing Littleton’s Market Bakery to us is a landmark moment for us. Littleton’s embodies the spirit of North Market, with its family roots and commitment to community,” said Wolfe. “They’ve brought together some of the best culinary talent in the city, and it’s exciting to see this new venture take shape.”

The North Market team will be led by nationally recognized pastry chef Aaron Clouse, along with Desi Vasquez, who brings his artisan bakery expertise from Houston. This dynamic duo will make Littleton’s Market Bakery a cornerstone for fresh and innovative baked goods.
“We’re not just opening another bakery; we are setting up a powerhouse for all things baked, creating a new retail and branding beacon for North Market Downtown,” Wolfe added. “This is a game changer for both Littleton’s Market and the North Market community.”
The new bakery is set to open its doors on the southwest corner within North Market Downtown, where construction is buzzing in anticipation.
