The exam will take place from 8 am to 3 pm. on the website konstitucijosegzaminas.lt, and this year’s winners will be awarded with special valuable prizes.
Everyone is invited to test their knowledge – both those who are interested in the exam for the first time, as well as citizens and residents of the country and the world who participate in it every year.
The Minister of Justice adds that knowledge of the Constitution has no age limits, therefore everyone is invited to participate in the exam, from schoolchildren to senior citizens.
This year, the student with the best knowledge of the Constitution (by class), the person with the best knowledge of the Constitution, the oldest participant, the Lithuanian with the best knowledge of the Constitution, the person studying law or legal education with the best knowledge of the Constitution, and the most active school will be nominated.
This year, the evaluation commission for the constitutional exam will be made up of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court Gintaras Goda, Judge of the Constitutional Court Vytautas Mizar, Chief Legal Adviser to the President Andrius Kabišaitis, Civics teacher Roberta Žižienė of the “Sokratus” Lyceum of the Vytautas the Great University, Dean of the School of Law of the Mykolas Romeris University Lyra Jakulevičienė, Vytautas the Great University Dean of the Faculty of Law Dainius Žalimas and Dean of the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University Harold Šinkūnas.
