The wife of Pavel Volya regularly communicates with fans on social networks. She rarely talks regarding her family, preferring to share her career successes and talk regarding her own methods of caring for her face and body. Utyasheva takes care of herself very carefully – staying always in shape at 37 is not so easy.

The day before, the artist shared a beautiful frame from her personal archive in her own Telegram channel and said that she wanted to confess something. The famous gymnast, as it turned out, is prone to puffiness. After drinking a glass of water at night, she risks waking up in the morning with a swollen face.

Utyasheva shared with subscribers five recipes that help eliminate this nuisance. According to Laysan, you need to sleep on a higher pillow, focus on lymphatic drainage, apply ice to swelling sites in the morning, and also do self-massage with cold spoons (she already showed this technique in her microblog).

“They also suggested a recipe for edema, I immediately share it: in the morning we brew ginger with turmeric with boiling water and drink it in ten minutes. The drink has a stimulating effect, literally eliminating all “stagnation” from the inside. It works super,” the gymnast concluded.

As usual, Volya’s wife asked fans to share their life hacks for removing excess fluid from the body. Fans left a lot of suggestions in the comments, and also inquired regarding the celebrity’s health. Recall that at the beginning of December, Utyasheva became seriously ill. She was struck by the flu, which was then actively spreading throughout the capital. The TV presenter even ended up in the hospital.
