The liquid chili is one of the most important ingredients that a housewife uses when preparing dishes, as it gives a delicious and distinctive flavor to the dish, and here’s how to prepare it yourself at home.
the ingredients:
Hot red pepper – 500 gr
Chopped tomato – 250 gr
White vinegar – a quarter cup
Sugar – a quarter cup
Vegetable oil – a quarter cup
Salt – one and a half teaspoon
Water – a quarter cup
How to prepare:
1- In a saucepan over medium heat, add the red pepper and tomatoes and stir until wilted.
2- Remove the saucepan from the heat and leave it aside for a while until it cools down.
3- In a food processor, place the pepper mixture, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and water. Mix the mixture until it homogenizes.
4- Put the sauce in glass jars and keep them in a cool, dry corner.
