The Detroit Lions and Kansas City Chiefs are just one win away from reaching the National Football League (NFL) Super Bowl.
The Lions won their play-off home game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31:23 on Sunday and can continue to dream of their first final appearance. Detroit will face the San Francisco 49ers in the Conference League final next weekend in Santa Clara.
In a first quarter without any major highlights, there were field goals for both teams and little else to see on offense. The Lions defenders quickly rushed to Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield again and again and pulled him to the ground, but on the other hand the Lions couldn’t get into their rhythm.
