Paris Saint-Germain striker Lionel Messi topped the list of the world’s highest-paid athletes in 2022, published by Forbes magazine.
The list includes all the profits that the athlete earns from monthly salaries, prize money, and profits from social networking sites and commercials.
Messi ranked first with a total income of $130 million this year, while American basketball player LeBron James ranked second with $126 million, three places ahead of last year’s ranking.
The classification of the list was as follows:
1- Lionel Messi: $130 million.
2. LeBron James: $126 million.
3- Cristiano Ronaldo: $115 million.
4. Neymar Da Silva: $103 million.
5. Canelo Alvarez: $89 million.
6. Stephen Curry: $86.2 million
7. Kevin Durant: $85.9 million.
8. Roger Federer: $85.7 million.
9. James Harden: $76 million.
10. Tiger Woods: $73.5 million
