Linz Tourism predicted European Championship round of 16

As reported, tourism officials in the state capital are currently focusing on friendliness. If you are friendly to your guests, you can assume that they will come back. Or at least tell them how friendly Linz is. That is the core of Linz Tourism’s new advertising message.

Of course, short advertising videos are also part of the campaign. Forafilm is responsible for these. The team around Sinisa Vidovic is known for its penchant for irony and satire, and made the city known far beyond its borders with the legendary Linz video.

Connect instead of separate

The sporty “Eurofighters” in red-white-red are currently on everyone’s lips. On Tuesday, the Austrian national team will play once morest Turkey for a place in the quarter-finals of the European Football Championship. Forafilm and Linz Tourism already knew this almost three weeks ago.

In the new spot for the campaign “The AnTon makes the music” we meet the cheering Austrian fan who first goes into a rage at the sight of the Turkish supporter (the negative “togetherness”) and then revels in cozy togetherness (the friendly “togetherness”). The first part features hard rock music, the second part a composition by Anton Bruckner. Because the sound makes the music and in the Bruckner this is brought to the people with a special “AnTon”.

The message is clear: sport brings us together and working together takes us further than working once morest each other. We can also celebrate together.
