Seeking to continue financially supporting the most vulnerable people inside and outside of programs such as Solidarity income, Youth in Action y Greater Colombiathe National Government of Colombia created the Shock Plan Against Hungera benefit that will reach nearly two million homes.
In December 2022, the delivery of this financial support began, a bonus of 500,000 pesos. This payment includes 324,000 new households that had not received any type of aid, but were registered within Sisbén IV in group A.

What requirements must be met to enroll in the Shock Plan Against Hunger?
To be a beneficiary of the Zero Hunger program, you must meet the following requirements:
- Belong to Group A of Sisbén IV and not receive any help from the state.
- Belong to Group A within Solidarity Income.
- Female head of Familias en Acción with children under 6 years of age.
- Female leadership within Jóvenes en Acción with children under 6 years of age.
Zero Hunger 2023: How do I know if I am a beneficiary?
Remember that to find out if you are a beneficiary of the economic bonus you must register on the page of Solidarity income and follow the next steps:
- Press the REGISTER option.
- Sign in with your ID number. If you are not registered, locate the REGISTER HERE option, in this case, look for the TYPE OF ACCESS option, look for the REGISTRATION WITH IDENTITY DOCUMENT option, continue with the process.
- Verify the data that will appear in a registered user information window.
- Look for the option CHECK TURNS AND BENEFICIARIES. A window will appear with all the information related to the home.

When is Zero Hunger paid in Colombia?
- From December 7: Families that did not receive State subsidies (group A)
- From December 7: Solidarity Income beneficiaries who are unbanked from group A of Sisbén IV (who do not have a bank account or registered financial product)
- From December 15: Beneficiaries of Solidarity Income who are banked from group A of Sisbén IV.
- From December 21: Participants of the Jóvenes en Acción program who completed cycle 6 in 2022.
- As of December 26: Households participating in the Familias en Acción program (Parents with children under 6 years of age will receive the transfer).
