Link to process former deputy Saúl Huerta in Puebla

The ex-deputy Saul Huerta was linked to a process in the state of Puebla for his alleged participation in the crime of sexual abuse and violation.

Through a statement, the prosecution of Puebla reported that it supported evidence once morest Benjamin Saul N.to obtain two links to the process during different hearings.

  • The first connection was for the crime of rape and the second for the crimes of sexual abuse and rape.

According to the first investigation, in the year 2018former legislator Saúl Huerta allegedly assaulted sexually to the victim, who was then 17 years old and offered him a job as a driver.

In another incident, in 2019, the accused would have sexually violated the second victim then 16 years old, whom he would supposedly support with a scholarship to study.

Benjamín Saúl N. will remain in preventive detention, reported the justice unit.

Saul Huerta was born on March 31, 1958. It has a Law degree from the Meritorious Autonomous University of Puebla, He also has a diploma in Public Policy and Political Marketing and was a law professor.
