In September 2021, The 90s supermodel sued Zeltiqa company that offers CoolSclupting technology, which is an aesthetic body slimming procedure with a fat-freezing technique.
Zeltiq, as claimed by Linda Evangelista on Instagram at the time, had committed malpractice which caused several parts of her body to enlarge. This condition disturbed his psychological condition for almost five years.

Until finally, he ventured to appear on the cover of his first post-malpractice magazine.
His stature graced the cover of the latest issue of People magazine. “My Beauty Procedure Nightmare,” reads the title.
“I can’t live like this anymore, living in shame and hiding. I want to speak out,” Linda Evangelista told People.
He also spoke candidly regarding the trauma and struggle to get his life back following his body and soul were destroyed by the CoolSclupting procedure.
