O Limber Software Group took another step forward in its horizontal expansion project and completed its third acquisition, taking on share control of Wayv Technology. Headquartered in Curitiba, capital of Paraná, Wayv has solutions for process management. Its client portfolio serves big names, such as DHL, Danone, SBT, Cataratas do Iguaçu and several other national and multinational organizations.

Wayv operates in more than ten segments and has solutions in the areas of quality, auditing, logistics, workplace safety, ergonomics, maintenance and transportation. The ease and dynamism of the platform serves different levels of the company hierarchy, such as directors, managers, coordinators, technicians, drivers, equipment operators and other stakeholders involved in control processes, automating processes and integrating with ERPs, HR systems, CRMs and other systems that require information exchange in operations. The application even works in places where there is no internet signal.

Strategic integration

Limber Group also recently announced the acquisition of Skillful Software. The group also operates in the food service, agribusiness and industrial segments, in addition to standing out as a software provider for parks and attractions.

And the interest in adding Wayv to the solutions portfolio is precisely due to the expertise in producing a complementary product that brings improvements in process management. “In this sense, the acquisition of Wayv was an important step in our expansion strategy. In addition to expanding our presence and reach in the market, this strategic integration reinforces our position as a group with high added value solutions, from the customer’s point of view”, says Limber Group’s commercial director, Anderson Ruffatto. He adds that today Wayv already operates with big names in the market such as Totvs, SAP and Sênior. “This union allows us to offer an even more robust portfolio and generate synergy in management.”

Eder Gasparin is the founder of Wayv and remains with the company. For him, the arrival of Wayv in the Limber Group contributes to the company’s expansion strategy. “The union of each person’s potential goes beyond the sum of results, but means the multiplication of forces so that Wayv can reach new levels in the market”, says Gasparin.

He also highlights that the platform no-code by Wayv was developed “from scratch” and emerged as an electronic checklist application. However, customer needs stimulated the evolution of the platform in process management. To achieve this result, Wayv listened to machine and equipment operators, drivers, supervisors and even board members so that the resources and functionalities created truly brought added value to companies and were simple to use.

“The tools allow you to attach photos to records and processes, so that when a vehicle is chosen for an inspection, the system already displays its photo on the screen. This applies to PPE, installations, equipment and several other situations”, explains Eder Gasparin. In short, Wayv’s proposal is to automate processes, through forms and checklists, in addition to having Business Intelligence dashboards.

Real-time information

Rudinei Cristani, operational director of Grupo Limber, explains that the solutions make it possible to work offline and then the system synchronizes the information automatically. Furthermore, the execution is hybrid. That is, the system can be used on a smartphone, tablet and computer. “We work in the SaaS model and our customers are from various segments. We serve civil construction, retail, agribusiness, industry, health, tourism, sport and communication that will benefit from Wayv’s products, especially in optimizing management”, he states.

Case

Atlas Eletrodomésticos, a stove manufacturer in Latin America, has two product brands: Atlas and Dako. In addition to having national prominence, with more than 15 thousand points of sale throughout Brazil, Atlas also operates abroad, exporting to more than 20 countries. The company’s manufacturing unit covers 40 thousand m² and has a production capacity of more than 2 million stove pieces per year.

A Wayv customer since 2018, the industry implemented the platform to improve shipping processes. With the good results in this sector, it expanded its use to reception, warehouse, engineering, SESMT, maintenance, production, quality and other areas.

Atlas’ IT manager, Marcelo da Silva, points out that Wayv is a strategic partner and that, before implementing the platform, Atlas had difficulty making decisions correctly and in a timely manner. “Now, most of the administrative and manufacturing processes are automated by Wayv. Before the tool, we had a lot of spreadsheets, making the data less reliable, in addition to not being in real time”, he states.

After hiring the Wayv platform, Atlas reduced the number of paper prints in one of the factory’s processes by 20,000 in the first month. The goal for 2024 is for the use of paper to be completely zero with the use of Wayv resources.

Expansion project

Wayv Tecnologia is the third acquisition of the Limber Software Group, which plans new expansion actions in a short space of time. The first acquisition was software for food service (bars, restaurants, snack bars, ice cream shops, delivery, bakery, bakery, pizzeria, fast food, cafeteria), which gave rise to Limber Chef. This solution serves thousands of customers throughout Brazil.

Recently, it also acquired 100% control of Hábil Software, a management system that serves MEIs, rural producers, service providers and business networks. Hábil is a company already consolidated in the market, with more than 30 years of history and has more than one million copies of the software distributed in Brazil.

Fernando Fiorentin, CEO of Grupo Limber, emphasizes that Grupo Limber’s desire is to continue the growth of the software market across the country. “The acquisitions made are in line with this purpose. Bringing together other companies is an essential part of our strategy to evolve together with the software sector, aiming to expand and meet market demands”, he concludes.
